Job Responsibilities

Ø  The person should be efficient, well conversant, hard working and capable to guide & control a high profile Sales team company's target. The incumbent should be sales forecaster and planning, customer motivation and sales realization.

Ø  Will remain responsible for achieving sales target.

Ø  Undertake and maintain extensive field visits to potential and existing customer as per visit calendar, gather all kind of market information.

Ø  Prepare periodic reports on exiting compliance ststus in the field covering the kye issue;

Ø  The incumbent shall be responsible to plan and execute sales of Land /Plots and other salable properties directly to the prospective buyers, handling of potential customers and compiling daily & monthly sales report.

Ø  The incumbent shall be responsible to perform and execute appropriate conduct and behavior for the sales, marketing, promotion, branding and business development of land and other salable properties directly to the prospective buyers, handling of potential customers and compiling daily & monthly sales reports. Preparing and processing customer feedback reports daily and monthly, customer support services for motivation, arrangements for site visits etc. and all the other necessary activities that required for fresh and new sales by the teams of this department

Ø  He/ She should be able to work on sales output basis upon company targets.

Ø  Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.

Ø  Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.

Ø  Seek out new sales approaches and behavior and initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.

Ø  Preparing customer/prospect response reports and other reports assigned by supervisor.

Ø  Plan and implement marketing strategy for Real Estate, Builders & Developers business.

Ø  Assist the sales team with appropriate customer conduct and behavior to maintain the monthly sales & collection target.

Ø  Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelors degree in any discipline.

BBA/ Masters/ MBA (preferably in Marketing) from any reputed University. 

Experience Requirements

Additional Requirements

Ø  At least 1-3 years practical experience as Marketing, Sales in reputed Real Estate, Group of Companies & Others Marketing.

Ø  The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales, Marketing, Public Relation, Corporate Marketing.
